Meet Our Team

Shelley Ware, MSW, LCSW, LICSW

Founder/CEO

Shelley is a Christian & a licensed independent clinical social worker, having worked the last 21 years in the medical field, primarily with older adults. She has a passion for older adults, though she has also advocated for other marginalized populations, including the LGBTQ community, people with mental health disorders, as well as people battling addiction disorders.

After rededicating her life to Jesus in 2019, the Lord relocated her from Massachusetts to Oklahoma in January 2020. While Shelley thought she knew what her assignment would be in Tulsa, God showed her He had a different plan in mind. That plan became even more clear after the heart wrenching murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis. The Lord used this horrific event as the catalyst for His purpose for her, which includes a ministry of racial reconciliation.

God gave Shelley a vision of a social program consisting of a reentry program as well as a multitude of other wrap around services that would provide a place where the people of Tulsa can go when needing a second chance; when needing renewal. So, in late September 2021, Renewal Alliance Partnership, Inc. was born into existence.

Shelley enjoys exercising, being outdoors, furniture restoration, spending time with God, friends and family and is a proud cat-mom.
