About Us

RAP's Mission:

Believing that change is possible, Renewal Alliance Partnership’s mission is the renewal of lives, relationships, families, faith, the mind, the human bond and the spirit, through Christ. We will achieve this through various social programs. We will assess each individual’s needs and offer practical interventions in a faith-based, culturally diverse environment in order to create positive, impactful and sustainable change.

RAP was born from a vision:

Shelley Ware is the founder and CEO of RAP. After rededicating her life to Jesus in 2019, the Lord relocated her from Massachusetts to Oklahoma in January 2020. While Shelley thought she knew what her assignment would be in Tulsa, God began to show her He had a different plan in mind. That plan became even more clear after the heart-wrenching murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis. The Lord used this horrific event as the catalyst for His purpose for her, which includes a ministry of racial reconciliation.

God gave Shelley a vision of a social program consisting of a reentry program as well as a multitude of other RAP-around services that would provide a place where the people of Tulsa can go when needing a second chance; when needing renewal. So, in late September, 2021,

Renewal Alliance Partnership, Inc. (RAP) was born!
